We don’t like to tout how our team outperforms other agents because we know that is not what clients care about. They want to know how our programs will help them reach their goals.  That’s what our team’s innovative systems are all about.  We have a tremendous team with Buyer’s Agent Beth Bishop and full time licensed assistant Kathryn Elkins so our clients get three full time brokers working for them for the price of one. 

We also have our 24-hour technology team that works for us all day and all night.  The Buyer Profile System is always searching the MLS for matches to our Buyer’s criteria and immediately sends any new listing that matches that criteria.  So if we are sleeping and a new listing is loaded, it will go out right away and will be waiting for the Buyer to consider in the morning.  Our 24-hour hotline allows Buyers to call in for more information on our listings when it’s convenient for them.  That way our Sellers know that Buyers can get information on their listings any time of the day or night.  We have also have several websites like this one where people can sign up for our great automated systems, monthly e-mail newsletters and free over-the-net home evaluations as well as access all MLS listings.

We pride ourselves in finding creative financing options for our clients depending on their needs.  We work closely with lenders to bring our buyers Zero Down options and to get them pre-qualified for loans so that they can make the best offer when the find the home they want.
